Coach Will is a professional Ultimate player for the Indianapolis Alley Cats. He obtained his masters degree in Sport Psychology and has been working with athletes, coaches, and teams since 2011. Will is exceptional at working with teens and young athletes to help them accomplish their goals. As a life long learner, Will not only draws upon personal experience in his coaching, but also from experts in psychology and philosophy which he reads religiously.
