Our coaches provide engaging, exciting, and effective training for beginners and professionals alike. We have coaches with expertise in Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and Athletic Strength and Conditioning. As with all of our classes, we promise to teach the sports as they were meant to be taught, with strong fundamentals and a dedication to proper technique.
Coach Devon has competitive experience in the ring, and uses his knowledge to bring his clients top level training, even if you're just starting out. He has a tremendous passion for the disciplines that he studies, and is always looking for new exercises and drills to push his clients.
With the right amount of mental and physical engagement, his personal training sessions fly by, and with every class, you will get closer to your goals!
Coach Richard provides engaging, exciting, and effective training for beginners and professionals alike. He specializes in Tang Soo Do, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu. Ricky is also a certified sports nutritionist, and strength/conditioning coach. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in TSD, and is trained in a variety of weapons fighting styles. Ricky draws from both his years of training and amateur competition background to create intensely fun workouts for his clients.
Coach Dubois is a Boxing genius. He is a former Golden Gloves Champion, and has many years of competitive Boxing experience. He is a certified student of the sport, from technique to historic matches, he is undeniably an expert in his craft. Dubois has exceptional mentorship and training skills and a deep love for the sport of Boxing.
Coach Taylor is the head of our Strength and Conditioning program. A former Boxing competitor himself, Taylor has trained with some of the best athletes across Indiana. He designs all his methods around maximizing the attributes that are necessary to be competitive across all Boxing, Kickboxing, and Martial arts. All of his classes are engaging, fun, and most importantly, extremely effective.

When you sign up for our training, you work with coaches, not trainers. We want all of our members to grow both in their physicality, and their mentality. Exercise is not a "one size fits all" approach. Every person starts at a unique point in their motivation and ability level, we work with people individually so we can work to understand and meet you where you're at.
Our Coaches have expert levels of experience in their chosen field. They are patient, and they love working with people of all interests and skill levels. Whether you're completely new to the sport, or a seasoned competitor, we would love to work with you!
