Fitness Classes

If your goal is getting in-shape, then you have come to the right gym. Our programs are designed to challenge, inspire and change the way you view working out. We take elements of boxing/kickboxing and blend with cutting-edge plyometric and body-movement drills to alter your physiology, burn-fat, increase muscle-tone, better your stamina and flexibilty and hone your coordination and balance.  Our coaching-team will motivate and challenge you while keeping class fun and varied.

EMC-30 Training Camp

The best cardio based programming in the city! Get your blood pumping with a calisthenic, and plyometric based exercise routine. Join us 6am, 9:30am, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday!

EveryBODY's Boxing

A welcoming, pressure free environment for everyBODY to feel at home. Come in and work out at your own pace, no strings attached! 12pm-1pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
