COVID- 19 adjustments
Equipment Sanitation
At the end of each session, each piece of equipment used will be wiped down with an anti-virulent cloth. This includes, heavy bags, floor space, weight sets, and protective gear.
Your Personal Expert
After each session, our staff will mop the floors with hot water, and an anti-virulent solution. Please be sure to bring a pair of "gym shoes" which you can leave outside when you get home to protect your home from contamination.
Personal Protective Wear
Each one of our coaches will be required to wear a mask while working with each student. All students must wear protective wear while working on defense drills.
Social Distancing
All students will be able to participate with plenty of space around them for social distancing. Our coaches are prepared to give you personalized curriculum if you'd prefer to workout separately from the class.
